Terms of Use

These terms describe use of the FinancialFX site, calculator, rate display and exchange order forms.

Use of the exchange interface

The calculator and rate board are provided to support exchange order preparation. Final settlement terms are confirmed before execution.

Orders

Submitting an order form does not complete an exchange by itself. The desk may verify details, request additional information or decline an order where required.

Rates

Displayed rates are fetched from an external FX API and may change. The applicable rate for a transaction is confirmed during order processing.
